✨ About The Role

- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, outreach to new customers, product demos, trials, and negotiations with customers and channel partners - Maintain a thorough understanding of Rhombus’ products, grow and maintain relationships with Channel Managers and Partners - Provide feedback to Rhombus’ hardware, engineering, and development teams, consistently exceeding quarterly sales quota - Collaborate closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams, act as a subject matter expert on Rhombus cameras and software - Must be located in the Austin, TX area and authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship

⚡ Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role, managing competitive and strategic sales - Experience handling and selling to mid-size and enterprise businesses, exceeding quarterly sales quota consistently - Comfortable with strategic outbound prospecting, collaborating closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams - Excellent communication skills with peers, customers, and partners, with a track record of consistent quota over-achievement - Previous experience with software sales and channel sales is a plus
