Your Tasks
Your mission as a Key Account Executive World Surgery Tour (m, w, d) is not only to sell but also to be a strategic partner for our customers. You actively drive business development, identify market potentials and develop tailored solutions that create real added value.
Your Tasks
- Independently manage and expand your customer portfolio
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve our growth goals
- Manage business development and identify new market potential
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal teams for optimal customer support
- Participate in national and international congresses and industry events
- Proactive market analysis and development of innovative sales concepts
- Support in management reporting and derivation of substantiated action recommendations
Your Profile

What You Bring
- Completed business administration studies or a comparable qualification, ideally in the Med-Tech sector
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the medical technology sector or a related field, preferably at least 2-5 years
- Strong communication skills and a charismatic appearance
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
- Experience in business field development and identification of new market opportunities
- Fluent English skills, further language skills are advantageous
- Ability to efficiently operate in a dynamic scale-up with changing priorities
- High degree of self-initiative, enthusiasm for innovative solutions and passion for sales
