Gtm Sales Teammate Opportunity

Roam is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven GTM sales teammate to help grow our homebuyer pipeline and fuel revenue growth. As one of the earliest members of our go-to-market team, you'll play a key role in shaping how we scale across the country.

In this role, you'll engage directly with prospective homebuyers—through calls, emails, and texts—to build trust, understand their needs, and introduce them to Roam's unique value. You'll own a high-volume pipeline and partner closely with teams across the company to continuously improve how we reach and serve our customers.

What You'll Do

Engage with prospective buyers: Introduce Roam to potential homebuyers and guide them through their early journey.

  • Drive outreach campaigns: Use tools like Hubspot, Aircall, and Heymarket to connect with leads via phone, email, and SMS.

  • Manage a dynamic pipeline: Keep conversations organized and active while maintaining detailed notes and follow-ups in our CRM.

  • Act quickly and thoughtfully: Respond to inquiries with care and ensure every customer has a smooth, respectful first interaction.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Ops, Marketing, BizOps, and Engineering to continuously refine our approach.

  • Represent the voice of the customer: Share insights and trends from the field to help inform product and strategy decisions.

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales, customer success, or other customer-facing role (startup experience a plus, but not required).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Confidence using or learning tools like Hubspot, Aircall, or CRM platforms.

  • Interest in real estate, fintech, or mission-driven startups.

  • Ability to work from our NYC HQ in-person, Monday through Friday.
