The primary responsibility of the Practice Director is to maintain a consistent above average performance metrics, provide business generation leadership, motivation and direction to direct reports, participate in the recruitment of new hires, and effectively communicate with all levels within the organization. Key core competencies include results and execution, infrastructure, business analysis, communication/collaboration, customer focus, and leadership approach.
Responsibilities include driving revenue generating activities/practice group performance, executing operational focus areas, meeting productivity standards, making quality decisions, reaching target performance metrics, attracting and sourcing, training, developing and retaining staff, achieving pricing goals, recognizing and acting upon business trends, promoting a culture of collaboration, leading customer retention and expansion strategy, and leading with character.
Qualifications include 1+ years talent solutions and/or management or equivalent experience, proven performance in talent manager/director role, demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development, excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office, databases and other technology systems. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
The typical salary range for this position is $68,640 to $89,000. The salary is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a bonus based upon achievement of performance objectives.
