Your challenge as a Sales Manager (m/w/d) in a traditional company, in the Industrial Building Cleaning, is to co-create the new sales. You actively work on the New Customer Acquisition in the area of Building Cleaning (Maintenance, Glass and Special Cleaning).

You are a specialist in identifying market potentials as well as the targeted approach of decision-makers.

The development of Individual Offer Strategies as well as the care of the entire sales process – from the first contact over site inspections to the contract conclusion, is part of your daily business.

When creating offers, as well as conducting offer presentations, you work closely with the departments of the Object Management as well as Calculation.

You always have an eye on Market and Competition Observation as well as the development of sales measures and campaigns.

You have a completed education, study or comparable qualification. In addition, you have verifiable experience in sales (sales), preferably in the B2B environment.

Ideally, you bring this Sales Experience in relation to the Cleaning or Service Industry.

In case, you also have industry knowledge in Facility Management or in Building Cleaning.

Your pronounced communication and closing skills are accompanied by a secure and binding appearance.

You have already used MS Office and a modern ERP/CRM-System in your working life.
