✨ About The Role
- The Account Executive - Core Lab is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for Roche Core Lab in targeted accounts across the specified territory
- The role involves developing customer prospects, creating and maintaining relationships with decision-makers across the laboratory and key laboratory stakeholders
- The Account Executive must work closely with an extended team to develop relationships, create successful sales strategies, and provide technical and product support for existing customers
- Success in this role requires a strategic, goal-oriented professional who thrives in a team environment and values lifelong learning
- The Account Executive is responsible for sales strategy development and achievement of revenue, customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition goals for Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay instruments, Automation, and Middleware Solutions within the assigned territory

- Experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years in the Diagnostics industry, preferably with 5 years of experience selling capital equipment and laboratory equipment into Hospitals and Reference Laboratories
- Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
- Entrepreneurial spirit, business acumen, and a passion for team sales are key attributes for this position
- Motivated individual who is driven to make a positive impact and improve lives through healthcare solutions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, with participation in an approved accelerated development program considered a plus
