The Position
As the Clinical Sales Specialist Séquençage - FMI (d/f/m), you will develop and pilot partnerships with key players in sequencing by providing product expertise and commercial support for the marketing of our FMI solutions.
The FMI® approach allows for a thorough examination of the tumor genome. Our portfolio of high-quality, large genomic profiling (CGP) solutions provides personalized and rapid information to inform therapeutic decision-making for healthcare professionals at the most relevant point in the care journey of your patients.

Your main responsibilities
Expert role
- You develop and maintain a strong knowledge of products/solutions through interaction with marketing and product experts of the group;
- You answer questions from clients (oncologists, molecular biologists, pathologists) independently;
- You share information and market trends with Roche marketing teams;
- You identify and inform marketing of innovative third-party provider solutions.
Commercial role
- You provide technical, medical, or scientific support to KAM (Key Account Managers) and CSM (Customer Success Managers) for the development of relevant accounts;
- You identify and qualify potential sites for FMI solutions;
- You establish partnerships and finalize contractual offers with centers;
- You are the main contact for key players in sequencing, contributing to the commercial success of the entire portfolio and building specific offers based on client needs;
- You collaborate on financial response and pricing for public tender dossiers.
Your profile
- With a commercial background, you have solid medical, genomic, and scientific knowledge, a very good understanding of the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostic) industry and the healthcare environment;
- You master the competitive environment, have a strong ability to promote and negotiate;
- You have good analytical and synthesis skills; ease in handling and using data; stress management and resilience;
- Consulting skills: listening, translating requests, aligning stakeholders, advising, contracting;
- Project management: you master SCRUM principles (especially Product Owner);
- Leadership: ability to inspire, engage, and influence; collaboration outside hierarchical links;
- Excellent relationship skills and situational awareness;
- Compliance respect in client relationships;
- You speak very good English;
- You are mobile - national position based in the south of France.
