Role Purpose:
This position is mainly responsible for developing business opportunities, promoting business growth, optimizing business solutions, expanding the customer base, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned area
Build and maintain deep, value-based relationships with customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and organizational dynamics.
Present and sell products to key decision-makers by analyzing customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create exceptional customer experiences and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure timely execution of business activities in compliance with company policies and standards
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree with previous sales experience in In-Vitro Diagnostics, Medical devices, or related fields.
Medical Technologist or related fields is an added
advantage.
3+ years of sales-related experience, preferably in IVD,
medical devices, or related fields.
Location: This position will be based in Cagayan de Oro City and covering Northern Mindanao and other neighboring provinces.
