The Position

You will be working very closely with our sales team, understanding customers needs and driving solution content from a technical perspective while ensuring that our offering fits the customer needs and technical ecosystems.

You will also be accountable for answering the technical questions of our customers in regards to architecture, interoperability and security and achieve customers’ trust, engagement and ultimately facilitate contract signature.

The Opportunity:

1. Support Pre-Sales Conversations. Engage with customer IT and CIO teams during pre-sales interactions to understand their technical requirements,  challenges and concerns.  Act as a technical expert, providing insights and guidance on how our digital solutions can address the customer's specific needs.

2. Understand Customer Infrastructure and Architecture. Conduct in-depth analysis of customer infrastructure and architecture to assess compatibility with our solutions. Define, design and present how our solutions can seamlessly integrate into the customer's existing environment, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Analyze Integration Requirements. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to analyze integration requirements with third-party systems and Roche products.  Develop integration plans, ensuring smooth and efficient connectivity between various systems for optimal performance.

4. Respond to Cybersecurity and Cloud Questions: Address cybersecurity concerns by providing detailed information on the security features and protocols embedded in our solutions.  Explain how our solutions adhere to industry security standards and best practices , ensuring data protection and risk mitigation.

5. Technical Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our digital solutions.  Highlight key features, integration possibilities, and customization options to align with customer requirements and objectives.

6. Provide Proposal Scope and Clarity: Lead the integration of technical proposals providing architecture, solution components, detailed scope definition and project requirements such as hardware and systems. Conduct proposal presentations for customers so that they understand how we are meeting their objectives and the commitment both parties will have.

7. Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on technology trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to maintain a high level of expertise.Attend training sessions, workshops, and certifications to enhance technical skills and deepen knowledge of digital solutions and related technologies.

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, SW Engineering or closely related discipline). Master’s degree or Business or Sales additional education is a plus.

AWS cloud practitioner and Information Systems Security Professional certifications are also an important plus.

Demonstrated ability & Experience in sales support, technical solutions scoping and/or deployment, ideally in the healthcare IT industry . Proven experience implementing corporate digital solutions.

Good understanding of cloud computing technologies and solutions such as AWS, privacy and cybersecurity, interoperability (e.g. IHE, HL7v2, HL7 FHIR, DICOM, HIE, etc.) and healthcare terminologies/nomenclatures knowledge (LOINC, SNOMED, etc) also necessary.

In-depth understanding of laboratory operations, digital solutions, and healthcare trends

Ability to listen, comprehend customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.

Demonstrable record of effective multi-functional collaboration.
