As a Sales Account Executive IVD, you must be able to act as a Roche representative with values consistent with Roche's regulations, while still prioritizing excellent service. You are also responsible for building strong relationships with customers so that they feel Roche's presence and recognize us as a trusted partner who provides solutions that help them achieve their goals. We must maintain compliance while ensuring quality in everything we do, aligned with our commitment to support healthcare institutions in delivering accurate and reliable diagnostic services.
You also need to be able to identify all opportunities in the market by conducting sales analysis and translating them into GDC to maintain profitability while accommodating customer needs.
You are expected to stay alert to competitor movements across accounts and develop strategies to ensure our customers continue to trust and choose Roche's solutions.
Your Opportunity
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with hospitals, laboratories, and diagnostic centers. Act as the primary contact for all client-related matters and resolve issues or concerns promptly.
Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and upsell products or services. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales and growth targets while maintaining profitability.
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions based on Roche's IVD portfolio. Maintain a clear understanding of customer goals, preferences, and business environments, and regularly present product offerings, proposals, and progress updates.
Who You Are
Minimum Diploma (D3) or higher, preferably with a science background.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management within the healthcare, diagnostics, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts effectively and maintain strong customer relationships.
Fast learner with strong market awareness and adaptability.
Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
