- The Chapter Lead - Near Patient Care is responsible for leading and developing a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and ensure effective promotion and sales of point-of-care and diabetes care solutions
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote and sell point-of-care and diabetes care solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in healthcare providers, laboratories, and healthcare systems to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve business objectives
