- Responsible for achieving commercial objectives and customer engagement within hospitals in the Valencia/Castellón region
- Conduct strategic consultative sales based on product knowledge related to diagnostic solutions
- Manage high-value healthcare projects by collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in both current and potential client organizations
- Design and lead strategic account plans in collaboration with key organizational stakeholders
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced in consultative sales within the healthcare sector, with a minimum of 3-4 years in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of stakeholders within hospital laboratories and healthcare facilities
- Organized, proactive, and analytical individual with excellent communication skills and ability to adapt in a rapidly changing industry
- Comfortable working towards and achieving sales targets and project goals
- Fluent in Spanish with a good level of written and spoken English, with the ability to travel frequently
