- The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant and proven complex sales experience is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, including the ability to make impactful presentations.
- Proven leadership abilities are necessary to manage and prioritize multiple account management projects.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel, is expected.
- A strong understanding of sales performance metrics is crucial for success in this role.
