Sales Generation: Identify and prospect new potential clients. Present products or services effectively, highlighting their benefits and differentiators.
Perform product demonstrations and offer personalized solutions that respond to the needs of clients.
Manage client relationships: Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their continuous satisfaction.
Perform post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer loyalty and obtain recommendations.
Achievement of sales objectives: Reach or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Establish and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring the effective closure of deals.
Negotiation and closing of sales: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of sale with clients, ensuring beneficial agreements for both parties.
Close sales and manage the signing of contracts or commercial agreements.
Market and competition analysis: Monitor market trends, identify new sales opportunities, and evaluate the competition.
Provide feedback to the team on customer needs and competition strategies.
Reports and administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including prospects, opportunities, and closures. Report on sales progress and participation in team meetings.
