BDR Opportunity

We're hiring a BDR who loves the hunt. You'll own top-of-funnel prospecting into medical device and pharma accounts and work closely with our Head of Sales to convert interest into opportunities and revenue. This role has a high-potential variable plan with payouts for qualified leads and closed deals, with uncapped upside.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage a targeted pipeline across MedTech and Pharma: clinical ops, R&D, digital/AI teams, data science/real-world evidence, market access, IT/security, and commercial excellence.
  • Execute a multi-channel outbound strategy: LinkedIn (incl. Sales Navigator), email, phone, industry Slack/Discord communities, conference outreach, and partner referrals.
  • Research accounts and contacts; craft tight, value-led messaging and sequences tailored to the role, function, and use case.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound using a clear framework (e.g., BANT/MEDDICC-lite) and book discovery meetings for the Head of Sales.
  • Partner on hand-offs, sit in on discovery calls, and follow through on next steps to maintain momentum.
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene, report on funnel metrics, and iterate based on data (reply rates, meeting set %, SAL → SQO conversion).
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, content, and events; surface field feedback and competitive intel.

What You've Done

  • 2–5+ years in a BDR/SDR or outbound AE role; SaaS in healthcare, MedTech/Pharma, or AI is a strong plus.
  • Proven record of hitting/exceeding targets for meetings booked, SALs, and pipeline created.
  • Hands-on experience with prospecting tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo/Apollo/Clay, Outreach/Salesloft.
  • Comfortable prospecting in industry communities and tailoring outreach to technical and clinical buyers.
  • Clear, concise copywriter with strong research chops; data-driven and process-oriented.
  • Grit, curiosity, and a builder mindset in a fast-moving startup environment.
