We are looking for a new team member for our sales team responsible for the Jihomoravský kraj and Vysočina region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for meeting the sales plan for ROCKWOOL products within the assigned region.
• Providing technical advice and negotiations at the level of investors, designers, general contractors, construction companies, and distributors.
• Conducting technical consultations directly on-site, preparing and conducting training within the promotion of the company's systems and products.
• Collaborating with sales representatives and project specialists within project management to secure contracts.
• Maintaining records within the CRM system, preparing reports.
• Collaborating on projects, keeping track of new project plans and implementations.
• Collaborating on the preparation of seminars, presentations, and training for end customers, architects, and distributors.
• Participating in trade fairs and exhibitions.
• Continuously monitoring the market and competition.
• Preparing the annual budget and regular business forecasts for the assigned area.
• Representing ROCKWOOL CZ&SK to clients, implementing business policies for market stabilization and development.

Professional and Personal Requirements:

• Higher or secondary education in a technical field.
• Ability to communicate in a foreign language at least at an intermediate level (A2/B1).
• Practical sales experience of at least 3 years.
• Orientation in the construction materials market is an advantage.
• Technical thinking, orientation in construction documentation.
• Ability to listen, argue correctly, and seek solutions.
• Proactive and innovative approach with a focus on achieving set goals.
• Ability to handle crisis situations.
