Manufacturing Sales Coordinator
Roeslein Energy Division is seeking a Manufacturing Sales Coordinator to join our team in the energy, mining, industrial power markets, and Integrated bio-energy solutions. This individual must desire to perform quality work safely, be detail-oriented, and have superior customer focus. This individual must also be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Order entry for designated Sales Representative
- Act as a liaison between sales, customer, and internal teams
- Assist with invoice adjustments, credit, and billing questions on behalf of sales representatives.
- Confirm order acknowledgement in a timely manner with customers and internal teams
- Become familiar with customers' needs and act as their designated support person/coordinator
- Assist with reporting for Ops Manager
- Create opportunities / projects in Fishbowl. Maintain accurate records in Fishbowl and other tracking systems.
- Receive RFQ's (Request for Quote) from customers or sales dept and upload information into the proper files.
- Prepare and send customer quotes as needed.
- Process customer purchase orders and generate corresponding sales orders in Fishbowl.
- Convert sales orders into work orders for production. Create all work orders for each line on sales orders.
- Allocate and track materials required for builds. Allocate and receive all work orders.
- Communicate with customers regarding schedules, changes, and order status.
Skill/Knowledge/Ability/Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED is required
- Bachelor's degree in business, Sales & Marketing, International Sales or similar area preferred
- 2-3 years of customer service experience strongly preferred
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Professional telephone, email and interpersonal skills
- Has strong attention to detail.
- Maintain a positive attitude while dealing with multiple tasks
- General working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation habits
- Skilled at managing competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to orders, or material discrepancies
- Able to work efficiently under pressure with frequent interruptions, while maintaining accuracy
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships across departments (sales, engineering, production)
- Effective verbal and written communicator with internal teams and external customers
- Ability to coach and train others, sharing process knowledge and system expertise as needed
- Works well in both independent and team-based environments
Work Environment:
Work is performed in an office, and the atmosphere is uncontrolled. Short-term exposure to harsh conditions—such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures—is possible. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear personal protective equipment in designated areas.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear. Ability to lift and carry 10 lbs. regularly is required.
