Sales Representative

ROKA is seeking a passionate Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across multiple channels. In this role, you'll become a ROKA product expert - deeply understanding and communicating our technology, design, and performance ethos. You'll build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and represent ROKA through personalized, high-impact sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support ROKA sales initiatives - including but not limited to in corporate, wholesale, and inside sales efforts
- Actively engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and close opportunities that meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop customized proposals that highlight ROKA's unique value proposition and product performance
- Work cross functionally with multiple departments ensure product availability and flawless product delivery
- Source and contact new and existing customers for sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers, delivering exceptional service and follow-through
- Oversee existing B2B accounts; refining current processes and strategies
- Represent ROKA at events or trade shows as needed
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of professional sales experience in eyewear, consumer goods, or a relevant market / category
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building lasting client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Existing buyer relationships are a major plus
- Proficient with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)
Work Location:
ROKA is located in Austin, TX, USA. The Company is on a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must be prepared to work on-site as often as needed per the Department's business needs. Remote candidates will not be considered for this position. Occasional travel may be required.
