- The Sr. Sales Manager will be responsible for driving strategic development of KPP/DRUP's systems and sustainable markets to achieve specific revenue goals.
- This role involves managing sales activities related to planning, forecasting, reporting, and project monitoring with both distribution networks and direct sales.
- The position requires serving as a liaison with the distribution network and direct sales for commercial and technical support.
- The Sr. Sales Manager will lead prospecting and channel development efforts in existing and new direct accounts and distribution market channels.
- The role includes preparing and leading regularly scheduled distributor and customer review meetings to ensure alignment and performance tracking.

- A bachelor's degree in business or engineering is required for this position.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in large equipment or genset sales management within the power generation or electrical industry.
- Strong experience in selling energy solutions in the US market is essential, along with a good understanding of its financial model structure.
- The successful candidate will possess excellent presentation skills, both written and oral, suitable for top management and public groups.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and a strong personal drive is crucial for success in this role.
