Sales Floor Manager
Ron Bouchard's Honda Store is seeking a high energy, results oriented Sales Floor Manager to support our talented Honda sales team. If you are seeking professional growth in a fast paced, high volume store, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively manages daily work proposals leveraging the power of lead sources, focusing on lease retention and optimizing service drive opportunities.
- Engages with clients via calls, ensuring CRM is updated regularly for efficient future follow-ups.
- Conducts follow-up calls and emails after showroom visits, ensuring all possible measures have been taken to secure a deal.
- Execute daily one-on-one sessions with the sales team to review performance, focusing on: • Strategies for deal recovery and closure. • Monitoring and increasing CRM task completion rates. • Enhancing sales skills through CRM notes review and targeted training.
- Execute CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) follow-up calls and emails, as well as manage delivery confirmations for the previous day, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Maintains a strong understanding of features and benefits of vehicles within dealership inventory Collaborates with the finance department to facilitate smooth financing transactions.

Recommended Qualifications
- Experience in an automotive finance or business office preferred
- Working knowledge of deal structure, banking programs, dealership contracts and compliance
- Applied knowledge of automotive DMS systems, automotive inventory management software and automotive finance applications such as Dealertrack or RouteOne.
