As Sales Director, your mission is to drive exponential growth by building a high-performing sales team and a scalable, repeatable sales engine. You'll lead the charge in helping RoomRaccoon become the most adopted hotel management system in the world. This is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially savvy, results-driven professional who thrives on coaching others, optimizing sales operations, and hitting ambitious revenue goals.
Build and execute a world-class B2B sales strategy to drive ARR growth.
Define, measure, and refine a repeatable sales model and process.
Own and deliver on individual and team sales targets.
Collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer on strategic direction.
Manage and grow a distributed team of Account Executives across global markets.
Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members, ensuring top talent joins and thrives.
Mentor and develop your team through performance coaching and training.
Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and consistent improvement.
Drive operational excellence through data-driven decision-making.
Lead weekly pipeline reviews, forecast meetings, and sales performance assessments.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and alignment with broader company goals.
Identify new growth opportunities, markets, and partnership channels.
5+ years of progressive experience in direct sales and team leadership.
Proven ability to build and scale sales teams and processes.
Experience in SaaS/technology, ideally in a B2B environment.
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Strong strategic and analytical thinking (able to work both top-down and hands-on).
Confident presenter with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Track record of exceeding targets and driving team success.
