The role of the Business Development Representative (BDR) is focused on generating new business opportunities by identifying, researching, and qualifying potential clients for a newly formed Commercial Plumbing Division. The position will book outbound leads, retain accuracy in data entry, provide stellar customer service, be able to answer general inquiries, and assist Field Staff when necessary.
This person must be independent, reliable, and self-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.
