Manages and is accountable for the performance of a medium sized team of professional associates, or multiple supervisors of business support / operation roles. Accountable for the budget, performance and results of a medium-sized team or multiple small teams of employees. Develops and adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges; receives minimal guidance from manager. Manages generally homogeneous team(s); adapts plans and sets priorities to meet service and/or operational challenges.
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $96,600 - $179,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in New York, the pay range is $106,300 - $197,400. If performed in New York City, the pay range is $111,100 - $206,300. If performed in Rochester, NY, the pay range is $91,800 - $170,400. Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
