✨ About The Role
- The Sales Operations Analyst intern will support the Sales Ops team in tracking and reporting sales performance against targets.
- The role involves performing standard analysis using sales reports and summarizing insights on sales pipeline and performance.
- Collaboration with regional and global teams is required to develop standardized processes and reports for efficient sales operations.
- The intern will aid in preparing sales management presentations and status reports for executive leadership and sales teams.
- Participation in projects to define business requirements for new sales systems/tools and enhancements to existing systems/tools is expected.
- The intern will also be involved in testing and rollout of new systems/tools and enhancements.

- The ideal candidate is pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, with a graduation date later than May 2025.
- Experience using Salesforce.com or a similar CRM system is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and a working knowledge of BI Tools will be beneficial for this role.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential for effective communication and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to collaborate with various teams.
- The candidate should have a good understanding of sales operations processes and sales effectiveness metrics.
- A self-directed individual with a start-up mentality will thrive in this rapidly evolving environment.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and forge solid internal and external customer relationships is crucial.
