La direction des Ventes is in charge of the sale and execution of contracts for all programs of the GBU Avionics for aeronautical markets, in the civil and military domains. In this context, we are looking for a Sales Manager for the Actuation department whose missions will be to: 1. Represent the Sales Direction and ensure the commercial function within the Program team. - Be the commercial focal point of the Program team in the client relationship for contractual and commercial aspects. 2. Apply the commercial policy of the GBU Avionics while ensuring the achievement of economic and strategic objectives, in compliance with trade compliance rules. - Share with Key Account Managers (KAM) of the Commercial Development Direction the progress of commercial files or any relevant information and solicit them appropriately. - Ensure the interface with the Sales Management Direction (CSR) for the proper administration of orders and contracts (order entry, invoicing …). - Support the advancement of turnover in compliance with budget objectives and seek with the client the necessary levers. - Ensure that recovery actions are carried out. 3. Lead the construction of technical commercial offers for selection, and write commercial offers. - Lead the realization of technical commercial offers whether spontaneous, in response to RFI/RFP or in response to a request for evolution. Be the guarantor of the completeness and coherence of all offers. - Define the Business Plan ensuring the profitability of the offers and the compliance with the commercial policy. - Support the offers to the Clients. Promote the key characteristics of technical, economic and industrial performance of the products to increase their differentiation and the value perceived by the Clients. 4. Conduct contractual negotiations with Clients, and be the guarantor of the execution of contracts: - Develop and negotiate commercial contracts. Lead negotiations in the context of a change - Ensure the follow-up of the execution of contracts/orders
You have significant experience in a Business / Project / Program function, on large-scale affairs. You have strong writing, financial (business plan) and legal skills. You also have knowledge of the civil aeronautical environment and its certification constraints. You are recognized for your listening, communication and negotiation skills and your ability to evolve in a multicultural context.
