Safran Electronics & Defense Sales & Marketing Officer

Reporting directly to the Senior Vice-President Sales & Marketing of the PNT Business Unit, you are responsible for four main missions in this new position. 1. Data Analyst Working closely with all the Sales Team, located in different countries from the USA to South-East Asia, you are responsible for collecting all sales orders and presenting all data on the associated Dashboard. Your goal is to validate, analyze actual figures against the plan and be ready to share and present upon request. 2. Improvement Plan Coordinator Within the company, we are driven by a constant need for continuous improvement of our environment and our work tools. As Improvement Plan Coordinator, working with the sales team, your role is to identify any improvement and transformation which could facilitate the work of the team. To help you with this task, you can benefit from the support of the IA team. As part of change management actions, you assist the Senior Vice-President in the merge between the PNT Business Unit and the Defense Global Business Unit. 3. Sales Support The management of the sales proposals is fundamental, so that you will be responsible for providing sales support for Offers review computation (Profitability, Economic Metrics) 4. Sales Enablement Officer Working closely with the Navigation and Timing Internationalization Manager, you are in charge of: • Defining and empowering the "Go-To-Market" strategy in the targeted territories • Maintaining consistency and efficiency in our merged PNT & SED Business Partners Network • Reducing legal and economic risks by identifying possible synergies between Business Partners and conducting portfolio's rationalization • Ensuring that any PNT Sales Force in the world has the competence to sell the global PNT portfolio, by developing and deploying PNT training programs and by encouraging cross-selling when relevant • Reinforcing local business partnering abilities 5. Sales & Marketing Department Facilitator Member of the PNT S&M Executive Committee, you facilitate the management of the sales department and support the Senior VP in some day-to-day tasks.
