Sales Management Officer

You will join a young and dynamic team within the Marketing Defense division (Joint Sales Force), reporting to the commercial director of Safran Electronics & Defense. As a Sales Management Officer, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing commercial performance: you will monitor and analyze commercial and financial performance, while contributing to the development and optimization of tools and applications dedicated to supporting commercial teams. With a strong financial background to conduct precise analyses and inform decision-making, you also possess IT skills that allow you to understand and support the development of new applications in a demanding technological environment.

1- Commercial Reporting

  • Produce and analyze monthly sales tracking reports
  • Contribute to the preparation of annual objectives (year N+1) at the end of the year
  • Update and monitor long-term strategic indicators

2- Management and Optimization of Commercial Tools

  • Ensure the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of existing commercial tools
  • Define the specifications, deploy, and train on the use of new applications
  • Be the commercial director CRM tool business reference
  • Collaborate with the pricing manager on the improvement of existing solutions
  • Be a force for proposing new tools and optimizing commercial performance

3- Strategic Analysis and Support

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and deviations from objectives
  • Provide summaries and recommendations to the commercial director to support decision-making
  • Ensure the consistency and reliability of consolidated data

Formation: BAC+4/5 in data, MIAGE, IT engineering school with an interest in finance. Experience: 2 to 3 years of minimum experience ideally in an industrial or international B2B environment.
