Sales Valley is a boutique HR specializing in the search and selection of commercial profiles. On behalf of a leading digital agency part of a structured group active in e-commerce marketing, we are looking for the first Sales figure dedicated to business development.
The company already works with a consolidated client portfolio and aims to expand its market share, relying on a professional capable of generating new opportunities and closing valuable B2B deals.
Area of expertise: North Italy, with focus on Lombardy and Veneto
Develop new B2B clients in the e-commerce and digital marketing sector (about 70%)
Manage and grow the active client portfolio, with logics of upselling and cross-selling (about 30%)
Conduct the entire sales cycle independently: lead generation, negotiation, and closing
Collaborate with the technical team in the pre-sales and offer construction phases
Manage the sales pipeline on CRM (Hubspot) and compile periodic reports on progress
Participate in in-person meetings (about two days a week) for strategic alignment and client visits
We are looking for a strongly sales-oriented figure, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a habit of working towards objectives, capable of generating concrete revenues and not just managing relationships or projects. An autonomous, proactive person with solid negotiation skills with business decision-makers.
Previous experience in B2B sales of services (e-commerce, digital marketing, software or consultancy) - mandatory requirement
Ability to manage negotiations with Marketing Directors and Business Owners
Commercial standing and strong result orientation
Habit of working towards objectives and managing the sales pipeline autonomously
Residence in North Italy (preferably Lombardy or Veneto)
Familiarity with CRM (Hubspot or similar)
Experience in digital agencies or consulting firms
Client portfolio of SMEs with a turnover between 1 and 10 million euros
Interest in young, dynamic, and meritocratic environments
Permanent contract (CCNL Commerce)
Gross annual salary 40,000–45,000 € + MBO up to 10,000 € on new business and upselling
Possible company car (based on distance from the headquarters)
