Description of the Position
In the context of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Sales Operations Executive (H/F) to strengthen our team within the WSE. A true link between the commercial, merchandising, logistics and customer service teams, your mission will be to ensure the fluidity and efficiency of operational processes, from the management of basic data to the follow-up of the order book.
Your missions
Master, harmonize and improve key processes (e.g. basic data, sample management, alpine and Nordic race products) and ensure their documentation.
Pilot the execution and follow-up of the order book: monitoring statuses, data verification, reminders and controls.
Ensure the follow-up of stock cleaning activities, in coordination with commercial and merchandising teams.
Contribute to sales operations, particularly on topics of order book management, process optimization, system processing and material availability.
Develop ad hoc reports and analyses to support decision-making and management of activities.
Participate in or lead cross-functional projects to support the evolution of working methods and continuous improvement of internal processes.
Qualifications
Degree Bac+3 to Bac+5 in management, supply chain, commerce or equivalent.
Significant prior experience in a similar environment.
Excellent mastery of Excel and reporting tools, knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Analytical mind, rigor and organizational sense.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of the market is a plus.
Professional English spoken and written.
Occasional travel required.
