We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Support W/M to join our team and support operations across the German market.

Job overview:

You will support Key Account Managers (KAMs), Strategic Account Managers (SAMs), and the Market Manager in managing field customers, buying groups, and German-based EMEA Key Accounts. You will be dedicated to softgoods product. Your role ensures that product samples, photo shoot items, and test event setups are delivered on time and in full. You will also oversee the Sportstyle agency, from preparing sales materials to calculating final commissions.

Your main missions:

  • Sample Coordination: Manage the full sample process for field teams in Germany, German-based EMEA Key Accounts, Sportstyle Germany, buying groups, and trade fairs; ensuring timely delivery to the right showroom or retailer.
  • Budget Management: Own the annual sample cost center budget, aiming for a balanced year-end result.
  • Sample Sales: Drive the sale of Softgoods samples to both internal and external partners.
  • Sell-in Data Preparation: Lead the creation of pre-catalog data, price lists, and other commercial materials.
  • SAP & Marketing Interface: Act as the key contact for marketing-related SAP needs. Enter and coordinate all SAP orders for test events, test kits, and marketing materials.
  • Trade Fair Coordination: Oversee the organization of sport trade fairs; from hotel bookings to booth setup and equipment.
  • Commercial Support: Assist Market Managers and Key Account Managers with customer-related requests and initiatives.

Qualifikationen

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Interest in Sports or Outdoor Activities (a plus); While prior experience in the outdoor industry is not required, a genuine interest in sports or outdoor products is appreciated.
  • Detail-Oriented Mindset; Ability to work with precision and thoroughness, ensuring accuracy in data and processes.
  • Fast Learner; Willingness and ability to quickly understand new concepts, products, and industry-specific knowledge.
  • Analytical Thinking; Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making through logical analysis.

Essential Competencies:

  • Strong Collaboration Skills; Ability to work effectively with others and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
  • Interpersonal Skills; Able to connect with different types of people, both internally and externally.
  • Autonomy & Initiative; Capable of finding solutions independently and creating new ways of working when needed.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Languages: German; native speaker and English; fluent.
  • IT: command of Microsoft Office, SAP
