Requirements: To succeed, you will need to meet the following competencies:
- Higher education in Management, Economics, International Trade, or similar (preferably);
- Fluency in the English language, written and spoken, with valued knowledge of another language;
- Professional experience in similar roles in the international market;
- Good analytical and interpretation skills of results;
- Problem-solving capacity and strong orientation towards results and the client;
- Excellent communication skills, ease of interpersonal relationships, dynamism, proactivity, initiative, teamwork and strong capacity to achieve objectives;
- Empathy, resilience, automation and negotiation skills;
- Organizational, planning and work under pressure skills;
- High sense of responsibility and autonomy;
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, with Excel proficiency;
- Driving license and availability for frequent international travel;
- High commercial sense and a taste for fashion.

Responsibilities and Opportunities: Joining the Sales & Expansion area and reporting to the Wholesale Manager EE & Asia, in close collaboration with the various internal areas of the company (Product Management, R&D, Logistics, Financial Services, Marketing, Purchasing, etc), your main responsibilities will be:
- Manage and develop the portfolio of multi-brand and franchising clients from assigned international markets, through the management of the commercial relationship according to the action plan and annual sales budget of the area to ensure customer satisfaction and company objectives;
- Contribute to the development and stimulation of commercial activity, by promoting the visibility of the brand, through the analysis of trends in collaboration with strategic partners;
- Collaborate with partners in the implementation of commercial and marketing actions that enhance the performance and visibility of the brand;
- Ensure the presentation of the collection and sales to customers and monitor performance indicators and propose action plans to ensure the achievement of sales and profitability objectives;
- Collaborate with the various internal areas of the company, in the promotion and sharing of information, identifying, proposing and ensuring the adequacy of the product, commercial campaigns, to the type of client according to the market and the particularities of the countries in order to guarantee the improvement of the service provided, and the increase in sales volume;
- Ensure the fulfillment of the terms, contractual conditions and implementation of the company's culture and values in different levels and sectors of business;
- Ensure high performance of all teams, in order to maximize sales volume and profitability, as well as in the delivery, dedication to the level of experience and customer satisfaction.
