Drive growth and increased share for Samsung's $600m+ business in Verizon's B2B Channel by developing leadership plans and strategies that drive results, where "business first" is critical to success.
Partner with Verizon's Consumer Group customer channels to funnel critical Voice of the Customer (VOC) inputs related to Samsung products and go-to-market strategy and execution across channels.
Collaborate with marketing, category sales, product development, and operations to achieve the sales objectives identified by the company. This will require the development of sales strategies, product introduction plans, schedules, and budgets.
Lead B2B Channel Sales team to achieve the best and most profitable product sales opportunities in the North American market place. Ensure that financial resources and incentives are used to optimize increased revenue, maximize sell through, and achieve profitable results.
Develop strategies for both Enterprise and SMB sales channels and identify results to be achieved within each business. Identify and develop new opportunities and business relationships which results in the achievement of increased revenue and profitability.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customer leadership to pursue new profitable business opportunities and product developments and to increase market share.
Spearhead the recruitment, motivation, development and retention of professionals who can deliver sustained (profitable) revenue growth. Instill a culture of accountability and empowerment, performance-based management, teamwork and other best practices to achieve the goals of the organization.
Leverage market and internal analytics to develop a go-to-market strategy in support of Samsung objectives, including account and product line specific programs.
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company.
Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
Review detailed product development, marketing documents and media materials as needed.
Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels.
Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve customer business objectives, personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications.
The salary range for this role, for candidates based in New Jersey, is expected to be between $215,500 and $266,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
