Duties And Responsibilities

• Looking for customer potential to achieve revenue targets
• Develop business revenue from existing customers
• Make plans & carry out sales visit activities
• Carry out well-documented sales administration
• Communicate to find out customer needs to create customer satisfaction
• Conduct service quality meetings with customers to ensure performance is achieved in accordance with contractual agreements
• Ensure the invoicing process is in accordance with customer agreements and required supporting documents and coordinate with finance to ensure customers make payments according to the agreement.

General Responsibilities

1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualification

• Minimum S1 education in all majors
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the same field is preferred
• Have an understanding of the tender process
• Have a wide network, good communication and negotiation
• Have an understanding of the stevedoring, logistics/transportation, Shipping & Agency industries
• Have self-confidence & analytical thinking skills
• Can communicate in English
• Have SIM A
• Samarinda placement
• Samarinda domicile preferred
