Sandvik Mining seeks a Commercial Specialist – Sales Support US for Quoting and Contracting.

The purpose of the Commercial Specialist - Sales Support role is to provide tangible and accessible support to Sandvik's sales teams in United States by way of supporting the preparation, approval and management of quotations, tenders and contracts of high quality and which are compliant with Sandvik's governance policies.

Your profile:
We are now looking for an independent, efficient, and proactive relationship-builder with strong attention to detail to support Sandvik Mining sales organization in the role of Commercial Specialist.
You have experience in, or the ability to learn, contract development from quotation/tender preparation through finalization, and an understanding of legal terms and conditions. Your written English is outstanding. Experience in development of new templates, processes, policies, or procedures would be highly regarded.
Additionally, you have excellent interpersonal skills, are able to build trust and establish respectful working relationships with stakeholders at all levels by communicating clearly, both verbally and in writing, debating difficult issues appropriately and thinking quickly.
Furthermore, you possess team development skills, advanced computer skills (particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and excellent presentation skills (in-person and virtual). You must be able to manage your time effectively. Experience working with Salesforce is preferred.
Location:
Sandvik's preference is for this role to be based in Denver, CO or Smyrna, GA, operating from Sandvik's premises.
