In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving customer success by positioning Cisco Premium Services and designing tailored software consumption strategies. You will guide customers through the full lifecycle—from onboarding to value realization and renewal—leveraging Cisco's LAER (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew) methodology. Your contributions will help shape key enterprise agreements, accelerate adoption, and maximize recurring revenue, ensuring both customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.

The starting salary range posted for this position is $196,300.00 to $247,600.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation, equity, or benefits. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training.
