We are seeking sales professionals in the Santa Rosa territory that covers Sausalito to the Healdsburg 101 corridor to join our team who can help us drive sales and achieve our planned growth through understanding our products and the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Research and locate qualified new opportunities to sell seafood products by visiting existing and new customers.
• Analyze customer business opportunities by identified vertical markets.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales in a professional and effective manner.
• Planning and presentation skills on menu ideas, recipes, and plate costing.
• Maintain order guides and pricing files using product and/or customer analysis and comparisons.
• Keep informed of new products, and other general information of interest to customers.
• Participate in developing long and short-range sales and marketing plans. Conduct training sessions for key clients and their staff. Develop marketing and ad strategies for restaurant clients.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Must be proficient in technical understanding of computer and smart phone capabilities.
• Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin languages are very beneficial.
• Culinary background
• Customer service background
• Foodservice background (distributor, restaurant, hotel)
• Bachelor's degree or related experience
• Willing to travel within assigned territory.

Pay-Benefits:

We offer a competitive performance-based pay with a starting annual base salary range from $75,000 to $85,000 depending upon experience and excellent benefits, including health, dental, vision, short/long term disability, life insurance, and 401(k) with generous employer match that immediately vests. We will also provide training in our systems and products.
