We are now looking for a Sales Assistant to complement our professional yet easy going Sales Team!

We hope that you are service minded person, who enjoys working in a fast paced, international environment. You love interacting with international clientele and you are motivated by completing daily tasks that are assigned to you. You are fast learning, systematic, organized and a true team player.

Your role is to support the sales teams efforts in making guests stays at the Arctic Circle into a lifelong memory. Prior experience in customer service in tourism and/or hospitality sales is appreciated.

Very good level of spoken and written English is compulsory. Other language skills, such as Spanish, French and Finnish, are considered an asset.

Main duties:

• Daily sales and customer service via phone and email
• Processing booking requests
• Keep the team up to date on customer feedback, challenges or abnormalities
• Share correct and timely information to operational departments
• Other duties, tasks and responsibilities assigned by employer
