Analyze trends in customer health, churn risk, and renewal performance to generate actionable insights. Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports to automatically monitor KPIs.
  • Content Management & Enablement: Develop a content management strategy to centralize Customer Success resources, templates, playbooks, and collateral. Build or help implement a platform (e.g., SharePoint, Workzone) that serves as a one-stop shop for team content needs.

The Sales Performance Management (SPM) Line of Business is focused on the growth and success of the SPM portfolio. The SPM portfolio consists of several solutions, including SAP Incentive Management, SAP Territory and Quota, SAP Agent Performance Management, SAP Agent Connect, and others.
