We are looking for a Senior Communication Consultant for Sales Compensation who is a thought leader in communications and who loves to drive impactful projects of strategic importance. You will collaborate closely with Total Rewards leaders and experts to ensure the messaging of our incentive offerings to the global employee workforce are consistent, compelling, and transparent...and help us move into the future of comms with significantly fewer e-mails!

- You understand the importance of UX design methods to truly focus on the end-user.

- You love authentic writing and can turn complex content into empathetic communications, outlining the value for the recipient.
- You have an affinity for visual communication and have a knack for presenting information in a mixture of graphics and text.
- You like to bring in innovation and don't shy away from challenging change processes.

Work experience/skills and competencies include:
- Extensive and solid experience in Communications, Graphic Design, UX, and/or Marketing.
- Proficiency in design software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator) and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in using UX design tools like Figma, and Adobe XD for wireframing and prototyping.
- Expertise in translating complex topics into simple, impactful visual materials.
- Experience in user research and usability testing methodologies.
- Total Rewards knowledge would be a plus.
- Ability to structure complex content and build clear storylines.
- Relentless focus on achieving the best for our customers.
- Experience in managing international and cross-functional projects or rollouts.
- Experience and enthusiasm for agile co-creation and project management.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills in an agile and dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English.
