Customer Experience & Sales Executive (Voice)

Sav is a licensed and regulated fintech company, building the future of autonomous finance in the region. We are looking for a mature, confident, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Experience & Sales Executive (Voice). In this role, you will be the voice of Sav — making outbound welcome and feedback calls, strengthening customer relationships, and driving adoption with professionalism and trust.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

  • Conduct outbound welcome calls to onboard new customers and ensure a seamless start.
  • Run structured feedback calls to capture insights and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer concerns with empathy and maturity, ensuring prompt and compliant resolution.
  • Build strong rapport by communicating clearly, confidently, and with a customer-first mindset.

Sales & Engagement

  • Identify opportunities to educate and guide customers toward suitable solutions.
  • Apply consultative selling techniques to increase adoption and engagement.
  • Consistently work toward sales conversion goals while prioritizing compliance and trust.

Process & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Document and share customer insights with internal teams to improve service and product offerings.

Knowledge & Training

  • Stay updated on Sav's regulated products, services, and market developments.
  • Participate in ongoing training to sharpen product knowledge, communication, and sales skills.

Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure customers enjoy a seamless journey.
  • Act as the "voice of the customer" by relaying feedback and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles within a regulated company (fintech, banking, NBFC, or investments firm).
  • Excellent verbal communication in English; additional languages (Hindi/Arabic) are an advantage.
  • A mature, empathetic, and professional demeanor when dealing with customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly over calls.
  • Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and call-handling tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in investments or wealth management firms.
  • Familiarity with both service and sales best practices in regulated industries.
