Role Overview

Scaler is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to lead outreach and growth efforts for our ESG solutions. This is a senior-level SDR role focused on consultative selling, building high-impact relationships, and driving qualified opportunities within sustainability, commercial real estate, and technology-driven sectors.

Responsibilities

1. Identify, engage, and qualify high-potential leads aligned with Scaler's ESG offerings.
2. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
3. Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos, tailored to client ESG goals.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic outreach plans.
5. Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses with a sharp focus on client needs.
6. Stay informed on ESG and industry trends to offer relevant, value-driven solutions.
7. Support deal closures and ensure a smooth handoff to the client onboarding team.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within ESG, SaaS, or commercial real estate.
• Proven ability to manage sales pipelines, convert leads, and exceed performance targets.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainable finance, or real estate sustainability is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sustainability, Economics, or a related field.
