Your Main Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship
- Market coverage
- Develop networking in sales to expand market coverage to all market sector and customers.
- Frequent meeting with client to bring new projects and network
- Work for prompt actions to response to customer inquiries with high quality of service offer.
- Continuously Improve E&E industry, Product knowledge and skills to "delight the customer' at all times

- Achieve Sales target with high profits
- Meeting with customer (if needed) to support operation for technical solutions, variations to bring down cost and maximize profit

- Support and motivate staffs for short and long terms development
- Prepare succession plan for department
