✨ About The Role
- The Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and generating qualified leads and opportunities for Account Executives
- Achieving quarterly qualified lead generation and opportunity conversion goals set by sales and marketing teams
- Making a high volume of daily emails and phone calls to decision makers
- Developing trusted relationships with K-12 school administrators and decision makers
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all SchoolMint product offerings and effectively communicating value propositions to key decision makers

- Ideal for individuals with at least 1+ years of previous work experience
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be highly motivated by cold calling and gathering information
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to challenge and inspire the team and customers
