Demand forecast base on trade plan
Manage trade discounts, A&P budgets, and promotional spending with dynamic allocation models.
Monitor budget deviations, provide risk alerts, and submit monthly financial health reports.
Lead monthly/quarterly sales forecasting using historical data and market trends.
Analyze gaps between forecasts and actual sales, proposing corrective actions.
Streamline trade processes for operational efficiency.
Develop training programs to enhance team capabilities in data analysis and negotiation.
