We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded sales professional to join our team in the field in Kassel. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to the expansion of our existing customer and trade partner network as well as to the acquisition of new customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Build in-depth technical and market-related knowledge about key sales partners in the assigned market segments.
  • Work with internal sales teams and management to regularly evaluate and improve the performance of trade partners.
  • Identify and acquire new customers and lead them to successful sales outcomes.
  • Manage and support sales partners to ensure continuous customer retention and satisfaction in coordination with the SC Johnson Professional sales team.
  • Achieve the sales targets agreed with the sales director or sales manager.
  • Conduct on-site visits to potential customers and coordinate product tests to demonstrate value.
  • Promote innovations by advertising new products and solutions.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.

Experience you bring:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the consumer goods industry
  • Proven ability to sell complex products and solutions
  • High commitment, resilience, and negotiation skills
  • Required behaviors:

    • Excellent communication skills, presentation strength.
    • Enjoy working in a team, self-initiative.
    • Competent handling of analysis tools and good understanding of sales and revenue data.
