About The Role
In this position, you are responsible for the sustainable growth of the product portfolio of SC Johnson Professional in the healthcare sector. You will strategically manage key customers, develop new business opportunities, and implement market strategies to strengthen revenue, profitability, and long-term customer partnerships in hospitals, care facilities, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.
Your tasks
- Management and expansion of a defined customer portfolio with a strong focus on solution-oriented sales of hand hygiene and skin protection systems for healthcare institutions such as hospitals, clinic alliances, nursing homes, and healthcare providers
- Identification and acquisition of new business opportunities within existing and potential customers
- Management of projects along the entire process – from needs analysis to concept creation and implementation to follow-up care of hygiene and skin protection programs
- Negotiation of commercial agreements in line with company policies on pricing, contracts, and profitability
- Development and implementation of customer and account plans in coordination with regional and national sales strategies
- Building trustful customer relationships by providing value-added hygiene concepts and customized system solutions that go beyond the pure product sale
- Implementation of marketing and category initiatives in close collaboration with marketing, sales operations, and customer service
- Participation in trade fairs, customer events, and medical professional events
- Effective use of sales systems and tools (CRM, MS Office, digital presentation tools) to manage the pipeline, reporting, and customer interaction
- Conducting convincing customer presentations and training sessions for different stakeholders (e.g., purchasing, hygiene staff, nursing management)
- Close collaboration with distribution and trade partners to strengthen long-term partnerships and joint business development
Your experience
- Proven sales experience in the healthcare sector (e.g., nursing, hospitals, healthcare systems, or related services)
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills
- Experience working with distribution and sales partners
