  • An annual base salary of $70,000 - $80,000 with a first-year earning potential of $75,640 - $85,640 dependent on performance and experience

What we are looking for in YOU:

  • Comprehensive understanding of city and state codes, zoning regulations, and permitting or variance processes across multiple jurisdictions within the designated market area.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, balance competing demands, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe) and Gmail, along with the ability to quickly learn and utilize specialized property management, CRM, and reporting systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively, prepare professional correspondence, and interact with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, poise, and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive matters.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with landowners, clients, and internal stakeholders from diverse cultural, social, and economic backgrounds.
  • Strong attention to detail in reviewing, preparing, and maintaining documentation, financial records, and campaign materials.
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting principles to ensure accuracy in financial tracking, forecasting, and payment processing.
  • Creativity, initiative, and commercial awareness to support strategic business objectives and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of public relations and client service best practices.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make informed decisions that align with business goals.

Education and Experience:

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in business, real estate, or another related field. Current and valid driver's license is required. 2 years of related experience, preferably in real estate, sales, marketing, or administrative roles. Experience in data management and Gmail preferred. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

A day in the life:

  • Portfolio Management/Market Review
  • Responsible for monitoring, tracking, and analyzing critical operational data and dates associated with numerous land lease agreements, owned properties, and other real estate assets.
  • Maintain accurate record keeping in Lamar systems to ensure proper documentation of Lamar real estate assets by keeping data current in the Property Management systems and scanning records into Infeauxnet.
  • Collaborate with local managers to conduct strategic data analysis using monthly, quarterly and annual data reports and portfolio summaries to evaluate and ensure optimization and profitability of the real estate portfolio. This includes preparation and tracking of annual real estate budget, along with continuously identifying and developing strategies to address underperforming assets.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment to our lessors through scheduled/routine auditing of: escalations, percentages, or Consumer Price Index (CPI) have been applied as applicable current contact information on the lessor, and verification of ownership
  • Field calls and inquiries from landowners and potential landowners.
  • Review leasing accounting documents.
  • Responsible for monitoring competitor activity and permitting practices.
  • Active Negotiation/Purchase Process
  • Responsible for preparing, presenting, and negotiating agreements with landowners, their agents, or representatives for the purpose of securing new or existing real estate assets.
  • Responsible for strategic planning, development, and execution of lease and/or purchase strategies through operational, financial, and organizational analyses.
  • Develop and maintain productive professional relationships with landowners to facilitate desired agreements and serve in a lead capacity as point of contact for negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Sales
  • Partner with Account Executives to plan and execute client advertising campaigns, ensuring timely coordination of artwork, panel locations, and proof-of-performance deliverables.
  • Manage internal communications, schedules, and workflows to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with contractual and quality standards.
  • Leverage CRM and reporting tools to track client activity, analyze campaign performance, and prepare data-driven insights to support management decisions.
  • Monitor and reconcile campaign-related expenses to support accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, customer expectations, and best practices to drive client satisfaction and continuous process improvement.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • The primary work environment for this position is an office however driving in the field is also required.
  • The physical demands for this position include light lifting, seeing (with a focus on reading, acuity, depth perception, and peripheral vision), sitting more than 50% of the time, standing, stooping, talking, turning, and walking.
  • Nights spent traveling, away from home, are less than 10%.
