- Responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of Sales Development Representatives in Austin, Texas
- Establishing domain expertise in security and compliance to guide the SDR team in sourcing, qualifying, and building relationships with prospective clients
- Refining the sales process to create a quality pipeline that consistently closes deals
- Providing mentorship that leads to the promotion of internal sales reps and collaborating with leadership to develop and execute pipeline creation strategies
- Partnering with marketing and product teams to drive messaging to prospective clients

- Strong analytical skills and metrics-driven approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in utilizing Salesforce for reporting and driving efficiencies within a sales organization
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams to drive business success
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message
