- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- A minimum of eight years of related experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education is required.
- Experience in account management, FMLA, and ADA administration is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess excellent organizational and analytical skills to manage client relationships effectively.
- A background in technology or computer science will be beneficial for understanding system requirements.
