Sales Director

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Director based in Vietnam to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a hunter mentality who can proactively source and close new business, while also nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. You'll be responsible for driving growth across Vietnam by selling Sensor Tower's SaaS solutions, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is fluent in both Vietnamese and English, and brings deep experience in the SaaS or mobile tech space. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and engage with decision-makers at various levels within client organizations. This is a high-impact role where success will be measured by your ability to win new accounts and grow existing ones. What You Will Do:

Source and close new business: Regularly meet and exceed sales goals in Vietnam.

Develop market and product knowledge: Drive new customer acquisition in Vietnam.

Manage a portfolio: Of existing Sensor Tower customers across Vietnam.

Build trusted relationships: With key contacts and stakeholders at various levels, from individual users to decision-makers.

Work with management: To define market specific sales strategies.

Sell SaaS-style platform licenses: And customized solutions. Build an intimate understanding of Sensor Tower's data and platform, and how it meets the needs of customers in Vietnam.

Drive product adoption: Through onboarding support, training, and regular value-based check-ins. Monitor product usage and client engagement to identify risks and opportunities. Develop strategic account plans to support retention, expansion, and advocacy.

Collaborate with internal Sales teams: To identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Prospect potential clients, perform presentations, build proposals, and close new deals.

Track and manage: All sales pipeline, opportunity, and account activities in Salesforce. Deliver business reviews, performance analysis, and relevant industry insights tailored to each client. Work with internal Account Management, Client Services, Finance, Product, and other stakeholders to exceed client expectations and grow ARR.

Maintain accurate customer records: And forecasts using Salesforce and other internal tools. Provide ongoing feedback to internal teams based on customer needs and industry trends.

Experience You Can Bring:

Fluency in Vietnamese: And strong command of English.

Extensive sales experience: Selling SaaS solutions to customers in Vietnam.

Minimum 5 years: Of experience in sales, account management, or customer success roles in the SaaS or B2B tech space. Experience in the mobile ecosystem, app economy, or analytics platforms is highly desirable.

Proven ability: To manage and grow a portfolio of business customers, especially in Vietnam or broader Southeast Asia. Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas with references to support performance.

Familiarity: With Sensor Tower or comparable tools is a substantial advantage.

Keen understanding: Of how to use data, analytics, and insights to tell a story. Strong preparation, attention to detail, and ability to execute exceptional work. Passionate, hunter mentality, tenacious, and able to "think on your feet". Senior-level mobile, digital, and SaaS experience with a solid reputation and network.

Ability to meticulously manage: A pipeline, target new accounts, close business, and handle follow-up via Salesforce. Comfortable working with tools like Salesforce, Clari, and customer success platforms.

Excellent communication: Relationship-building, and presentation skills.

Track record: Of contributing to customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
